COMMERCIAL PILOT FLIGHT COURSE

1. The cost varies with aircraft used and fuel costs: This sample (estimated) used a 14 hour minimum total flight  time.  This course can and has been completed in 14 hours.
    
2. Complete Commercial Pilot Course

   a.	10 hours in a Cessna or Piper complex
   b.	4 hours VFR cross country dual (2 day/2 night) in Cessna 172P.
   c.	14 hours Flight Instruction: includes pre and post flight briefing, evaluation report
   d.	Commercial Flight Preparation Text Book
   e.	Commercial Pilot Written Review Seminar (4 hours)
   f.	Commercial Pilot Written Seminar Text
   g.	FAA Instrument Pilot Written Examination Fee
   h.	Ground Preparation for Flight Examination (3 hours)
   i.	Flight Examiner Fee (without aircraft rental)
   j.	Miscellaneous Aeronautical Charts and Supplies

3. Those starting the Commercial Pilot Course should have 236 hours total flight time, an instrument rating and 5 hours night VFR with 10 takeoffs and landings at a controlled airport.  Those short flight times can receive up to 50 hours of the required 250 hours in a Flight Simulator/Flight Training Device.  The Hulley Aero Training Flight Simulators (Flight Training Devices) will meet this requirement at a very low cost to you.
    
4. Hulley Aero Training does not rent aircraft, but does have aircraft available for your use at Front Range Airport.  We provide the instructional service to prepare you to be a safe pilot.
    
5. All instruction is under Federal Aviation Regulation Part 61 and exceeds the regulation. The curriculum is modified to meet the individual needs of the student learner.
